Processing Your Order
1. An email or SMS confirmation is sent to you upon purchase. Be sure to check your junk mail. Please keep this email/SMS as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Process & Delivery
2. We endeavour to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After payment has been authorised and verified, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If orders are subject to delay, we strongly advise customers to check our social media platforms for the latest news and updates or contact us for an update.
2A. Upon placing an order, tracking information is typically made available within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipment. Delivery is estimated to take between 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra day or two if your order is delayed before contacting us. Deliveries to rural areas or Western Australia may take longer.

- The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
- We are not responsible if your parcel is lost in transit or returned to our facility due to incorrect information provided by you, such as shipping or contact information. If your parcel is redirected back to our facility due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect your parcel from its destination or redirected collection point, a calculated shipping fee will be charged if you wish for your order to be resent to you.
- If you wish to have your order resent, no adjustments to your order will be allowed.
- If you wish to cancel or request a refund due to refusing to cover the costs of re-sending your parcel, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee compensates for the shipping and restocking costs, as a service was provided by us.

2D. Estimated delivery times (ETAs) are just estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may be subject to delays in rare cases, such as high demand, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. All delays will be communicated via the tracking information provided by the carrier service. Please be patient.
2E. Your order or contents within your order may be subject to cancellation or refund if we are unable to fulfil or process your order. This may occur for reasons such as incorrect address, item(s) not available at the time of purchase, shipping carrier service disruptions, Fraudulent orders etc. You will be notified of the cancellation via email or SMS.
Domestic Shipping Only
3. BARGAIN WHOLESALE FOODS AUATRALIA does not currently ship internationally. Orders can only be made and shipped within Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes, LPO boxes, Parcel collection points or Parcel lockers.
Express Shipping Rates
4. Express shipping is calculated at the checkout based on weight, quantity & size of your order.
4A. Orders are marked as "ATL" (Authority to Leave) depending on the carrier's default shipping method. You may have access in your tracking portal to request a signature upon delivery. You may also have the option for parcel redirection; however, these services are not guaranteed. Orders are marked as ATL by default by the carrier, this is for the customer's convenience, and in cases where tracking information was not monitored when advising the customer that their order is being delivered and requires a signature for acceptance at the destination point, which results in their order being returned to sender if not able to accept the delivery. If you wish to request any changes, such as a redirection of your order or requiring a signature for the acceptance of your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Local Delivery
5. We provide delivery services across the greater Sydney metropolitan area. Complimentary local delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of $300.
5A. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time. Please note that photo documentation is taken for all deliveries as part of our delivery confirmation process.
Parcel Insurance Terms & Conditions
6A. If your goods are lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund or store credit for the damaged or lost item(s) if you have selected transit cover and, provided you have followed the terms and policies to be eligible for compensation. Compensation will be made for damaged or lost items only, not the entire order. If the entire order is deemed lost or damaged during transit, the full amount will be reimbursed to you.
6B. If your parcel is deemed lost in transit due to providing incorrect shipping details, such as address or contact details, insurance coverage will be voided.
6C. Insurance coverage does not apply to perishable/meltable, goods such as chocolate. These specific items will not be considered damaged goods. All perishable/meltable, goods are purchased at the buyer's risk. Heat-sensitive products will be wrapped in heat-resistant insulated film.
6D. Insurance coverage does not cover theft once the parcel has been delivered.
6E. Insurance coverage only covers the cost of goods for damaged or lost parcels during transit.
6F. Products are only considered damaged if they are no longer consumable, meaning they are no longer edible. If a product arrives with a cosmetic defect, it is not considered damage. We are a food distribution company that sells consumable (edible) goods only!
6G The maxium claimable amount is $700 per order.
Tracking Options
7. BARGAIN WHOLESALE FOODS AUSTRALIA aims to provide full visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order has been confirmed, processed, and dispatched for shipping, you will receive a tracking number/code via SMS or email.
Damages & Lost Parcels
8. Do not discard your parcel or any contents inside if there is any damage to your items. We require an assessment of the damaged items in order to reimburse you; otherwise, your claim will not be eligible.

8B. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and the integrity of the software used to generate the information, BARGAIN WHOLESALE FOODS AUSTRALIA shall not be liable for the loss or theft of any parcels and their contents during transit if you have not provided the correct details or failed to collect your parcel from its destination.
8C. Please ensure all information provided by you is correct before placing your order. Check tracking information and notifications regularly for all information regarding your parcel.
Shipping Carriers
9. We use Direct Freight Express Services to ship your parcels. We use the best-matching carrier to deliver your parcel in the quickest time frame possible to prevent it from being lost or held up in transit. If you request a specific carrier or service, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss in further detail and to have these changes amended to your order if you wish to proceed.
Cancellation of Orders
10. Shipping labels are generated once your order is in processing and cannot be refunded or returned. Our automated system generates and purchases shipping labels as soon as your order has been processed. These labels are non-refundable by the courier company.
10A. Once your parcel has been processed for shipping, any cancellation or return, will incur a fee of 10%. This fee compensates for the restocking/disposal and charges associated with the shipping labels and manifests. Service fees of any sort are non refundable.
