1. All purchases made on our website are final and are not subject to returns or refunds.
Cancellation of Orders
2. Orders cannot be refunded or returned as our automated system generates and purchases shipping labels as soon as your order begins processing. Please be sure to select the correct items and checkout with confidence.
Return/Refund Exceptions
3. We take extra care in packing your order to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that items are damaged to the point of being non-consumable, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss and resolve the matter.
3A. Do not discard your parcel or any items within it if there is damage or have received incorrect items. We require an assessment of the items for possible reimbursement; otherwise, your claim will not be eligible.
Reimbursement is only valid for damaged items that are unsalvageable, not the entire order. For example, if you purchased $200 worth of products and $50 worth of items were damaged, you would be reimbursed $50.
Please Note: It may take some time to issue a refund or replacement as we will need to file a damage claim and collect evidence, such as reports/photos, related to the handling, transport, and delivery of your parcel. If eligible, refunds may take 2-3 business days to appear in your original method of payment.
3B. We document photos and reports of every shipment from the moment your order is confirmed, through transit, and upon delivery to improve our services and verify claims.
3C. We do not accept returns of products for resale to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers. If you receive products that have lost their quality and cannot be consumed, please hand them over for assessment to ensure safe disposal and proper quality control.
We will either issue store credit or a full refund for defective items upon inspection.
If, upon inspection, the product is found to be non-defective, a refund will not be issued. If you would like your item returned to you, an additional calculated shipping fee will be applied.
This policy is in place to ensure that false claims are not made.
Products Damaged During Delivery
4. In the rare event that your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant evidence such as photos or videos of the damaged goods.
4A. We will arrange to collect, replace, or refund the damaged product, provided you contact us immediately upon receiving your package and follow our damage claim procedures. Claims made after 48 hours of parcel arrival will not be eligible.

4C. We strive to ensure safe delivery of all products, but we cannot be held responsible for products like chocolates or other items that may melt during transit in warm Australian climates. Purchase at your own risk. Heat-sensitive products will be wrapped in heat-resistant insulated film.

Lost Parcel During Transit
5. In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit:
- Submit a ticket with the carrier service to initiate an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel.
- The carrier service will contact you directly to discuss the next steps regarding your claim.
5A. Although we strive for accuracy and integrity in providing information, BARGAIN FOODS is not liable for the loss or theft of parcels and their contents in transit or after delivery.
5B. Ensure that all information you provide is correct before placing your order. Check tracking information and notifications regularly for updates on your parcel.
Wrong or Missing Items
6. If you receive a wrong or missing item in your order, you have 48 hours from the arrival of your parcel to make a claim. After this period, your claim will not be eligible. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us via email at info@bargainwholesalefoods.com if there is an issue and please wait for a response from our team. Do not discard any contents in your order or the original packaging unless advised by our team. Please keep all items on hand and provide us with the relevant evidence so we can best assist you with an outcome as quickly as possible.
