Australia Rewards Club Policy


At Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia, we are committed to rewarding our loyal customers. By participating in our Rewards Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Earning Points 

  • Members earn reward points on eligible purchases made online and in-store.
  • Points are calculated based on the product value only.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, service charges, 
    handling fees, gift cards, and any other non product charges do not earn reward points.
  • Promotional events such as Double Points or Bonus Points campaigns apply only to the eligible product value unless otherwise stated.

2. Double Points Promotions

  • Double Points promotions apply only to the value of eligible products purchased.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, service charges, 
    discounts, refunds, and other non product charges are excluded from Double Points calculations.
  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional point offers at any time without notice.

3. Points Never Expire

  • Reward points earned through the Rewards Club do not expire.
  • Members may accumulate points indefinitely and redeem them whenever they choose.
  • Points may be redeemed in small 
    increments or larger lump sums, subject to available redemption options.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • A product purchase is refunded, the reward points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Rewards Club account.
  • If reward points were redeemed on an order that is later refunded, the redeemed points may be returned to your account at the discretion of Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia.
  • Partial refunds will result in a proportional adjustment of points.

5. Account Misuse and Fraud

Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Rewards Club account suspected of: 

  • Exploiting system errors, glitches, 
    loopholes, technical faults or Fraudulent activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
  • Manipulating promotions or point earning opportunities.
  • Any activity deemed abusive or 
    inconsistent with the intended operation of the Rewards Club.
  • Any points obtained through misuse may be removed without notice.
  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to reverse any points, rewards, discounts, or benefits obtained through misuse of the Rewards Club.

6. Non-Transferable Points

  • Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to another customer account.

7. Program Changes

  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Club, point values, redemption rates, earning structures, promotions, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Account Responsibility

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia is not responsible for lost points resulting from incorrect account details or unauthorised access to a customer's account.

9. Point Redemption

  • Reward points can only be redeemed 
    through approved redemption methods offered by Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia.
  • Points cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
  • Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.
  • Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash, credit card refunds, bank transfers, or any cash equivalent.

10. Final Decision

  • All decisions made by Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia regarding the Rewards Club, including point allocations, adjustments, disputes, account eligibility, and reward  redemption's, are final.

11. Birthday Bonus Points

  • Birthday bonus points are awarded once per year, per customer account, per calendar year.
  • Customers are required to provide a 
    valid date of birth within their account to be eligible for birthday rewards.
  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to verify customer information before issuing birthday bonus points.

12. Order Completion Requirement

  • Reward points are awarded only after an order has been successfully completed and payment has been received.
  • Pending, unpaid, failed, partially paid, or processing orders may not earn reward points until the order has been finalised.

13. Cancelled Orders

  • Cancelled orders do not earn reward points.
  • If points were provisionally awarded on a cancelled order, Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to remove those points from the customer's account.

14. Discounts and Promotional Codes

  • Reward points are calculated on the final product value paid after discounts, promotional codes, store credits, gift cards, reward redemption's, and other deductions that have been applied.
  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions, bundles, clearance items, or special offers from earning reward points.

15. General Terms

  • Participation in the Rewards Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Abuse of the Rewards Club may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program.
  • Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
