Custom pricing is assessed individually and may depend on quantities, product availability, supplier costs, freight requirements, market conditions and the overall value of the order.
Not all products are eligible for further discounts. Products already offered at promotional, clearance or minimum-margin pricing may be excluded.
Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to review, amend, increase, decrease or withdraw any standard, wholesale, bulk, pallet or individually negotiated pricing at any time and without prior notice, where permitted by law.
Previous pricing, quotations, discounts or purchasing history do not guarantee that the same pricing will continue to be available for future orders.
Custom pricing arrangements are provided at our discretion and should not be considered permanent unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Any special, negotiated, bulk, pallet or account-specific pricing provided to a customer is intended solely for that customer and their business.
Customers receiving individually negotiated pricing are expected to keep those pricing arrangements confidential and must not intentionally distribute, publish, disclose or provide their account specific pricing to other businesses, buyers or third parties.
Where we reasonably suspect that confidential or account specific pricing has been shared, distributed or otherwise compromised, we reserve the right to immediately review, modify or withdraw the customer's special pricing arrangements.
Custom pricing is provided based on the purchasing volumes, relationship and requirements of the approved customer.
Unless expressly approved by Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia, customers receiving special pricing must not use their account or pricing arrangement to purchase goods on behalf of unrelated third parties for the purpose of allowing those parties to access pricing they would not otherwise be entitled to receive.
This includes combining unrelated customers' orders to meet minimum bulk quantities or allowing another person or business to use an approved account solely to obtain preferential pricing.
This does not prevent a legitimate reseller from purchasing products for resale in the ordinary course of its business. However, access to special pricing remains subject to our approval and the terms applicable to that account.
Where permitted by applicable law, Bargain Wholesale Foods Australia reserves the right to refuse, reject, restrict, suspend or terminate an account, pricing arrangement or supply relationship with an existing or prospective customer where we reasonably believe that:
Where an account is suspended or terminated, any special pricing, discounts or account specific arrangements associated with that customer may also be withdrawn.
Meeting a particular quantity threshold, including purchasing 10 or more units, does not automatically guarantee a discount.
